I have now had the pleasure of my new bathroom for a few weeks, and I am writing to compliment you and your team on a job very well done.
From the initial - and long drawn out - discussions regarding my various ideas, through to final agreed plans, I always appreciated your responsive approach and your input and advice. And from the day you agreed to start work, your team was always on time, always happy to discuss aspects and to make minor changes as the project developed. The work was always done in a tidy, efficient style and with a smile.
The final result is everything I was hoping for, and it is enjoyed every day. I am sure the cost could probably have been beaten elsewhere, but my view is that satisfaction in the quality of the end product will always prevail over a few saved pounds on the initial cost. To that end, please feel free to pass my name on to anyone considering using PGP Bathrooms, as I will be very happy to recommend your company to others considering a new bathroom.
